Back where it began, we have been making a few visits with our friend John at AlleyKat Signs. We originally went to John for our custom stickers when preparing for our northern BC trip. It was a fun idea to make our ride ours as we dreamed of riding and one day making video stories of the adventure. At that time we didn’t even have a web site, just the URL. A long list of things to accomplish but it wasn’t the point to worry about those things, it was just fun to dream.
Fast forward to today and the web site was built, the videos were made, but we haven’t stopped dreaming. We are now working on SpawnAdventures 2.0 and getting the new Triumph and trailer suited for the job is where it will begin again.
Alley Kat Signs has been building signage for years, for many of the local business you might see daily. John is no stranger to vehicle wraps either, and in the past has even wrapped his own bike. This is exactly what we have in mind for our bike this time round.
The bitter sweet job of removing the old stickers wasn’t so bad, we were less sentimental and more excited to move forward on the next plan. Monochromatic backgrounds will be the base for which our new logo and font will be displayed. Design ideas to bring the bike and the trailer together will be the goal. We plan to save some space for the friends we make along the way, and including sponsors will be welcomed and necessary if we going to try and achieve our goals this time. We won’t be able to make it alone.
Thanks again to John who has been so welcoming to work with us and involving my partner Aaron in the process.
