Our first Triumph Tiger experience left us beside ourselves, laughing on the side of the road, over how much fun we were having winding up the triple, carving and grinding the pegs on local roads.
This video is of a ride day we had earlier in the year after Savage Cycles offered to lend us the Triumph Tiger XRt 800 for the weekend. Our review of this bike is less technical… we tend to focus on the ride experience and vibe of the bike instead. We believe this is the most important detail in any motorcycle.
When asked what I would like to do this past Fathers Day, this was it. We honestly spent most of the time riding and overheating in our suits than we did filming. We did however intend to tell a story of the day and we felt strongly that we wanted to relay our impressions of the Tiger XRt. This is what we made of it. When you throw that thing into a corner and crank the triple out, hearing that sweet sound resinate, you can’t help to be inspired to do it again and again. An experience like that has to be told. Next time we will try harder to share what that really looks, and sounds like. It’s a fun story take a look.
